The Opmaat team is enthusiastic, ambitious, and dedicated. We believe that where there is joy in our work, there is also success – for our pupils and for ourselves. We work hard, but we also make time for fun and shared moments.

A Close-Knit Team

From team days, dinners, padel matches, and bowling nights to competing in full Robinson-style games. We love spending time together outside the classroom. These shared experiences have made us a close and connected team.
We also go all out for school celebrations. From wearing outrageous Christmas sweaters to dressing up in full costume on Teacher Appreciation Day, nothing is too crazy for us!

Relying on Each Other’s Expertise

Our team includes colleagues with a wide range of specializations. We have a lot of in-house knowledge and coaching support available. Team members are always willing to help one another and truly care about each other’s success. By drawing on each other’s strengths, we raise the quality of education and bring out the best in our students.
